  1. Do you have a favourite character from any of your books?

I have to say I love all my characters.  They all reflect parts of me, since they come from my head, but they are so much more pure.  The good ones are so much better than I am and the evil ones…well, let’s face it, we all have some of that in us.

But…to be perfectly honest, I think I best love ‘Kennedy’ in “Texas Summer”.  She is so brave and I aspire to that.

2 .If you were him/her what would you have done differently in their situation?

Since I control the situations, I would have to go with their actions.  When the characters respond differently, the entire face of the manuscript changes.  Many times, the people in my novels alter my original intent, since they do come alive for me.  That is why I edit and edit again.  I want to make sure the characters are true and believable.  And I want to ensure their actions are make sense.  But really, I am still the final say.

 3. Do you believe in the traditional HEA or do you think sometimes characters don’t need (or maybe deserve) them?

Doesn’t everyone deserve a happily ever after?  Isn’t that defined as hope?  And isn’t it hope that keeps us going?  So, YES, I believe absolutely in the HEA.

Of course, the above is only my humble opinion.  I know Ronnie Allen will have her own take on these questions, so pop over to her and see what she has to say.
